5. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, names, dates, sizes, colours, and customisation details submitted are correct before ordering.

By supplying images, logos, or artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to use them, or

  • You have permission from the copyright owner.

Adroit Creations is not responsible for customer-supplied errors once production has started.

Due to the personalised nature of custom-made products, personalised orders are generally non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.

 

 

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

Payments may be accepted through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash Payments

Orders may not be processed until payment has been received in full.

 

 

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently primarily ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery providers may include:

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Adroit Creations is not liable for delays caused by:

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Under UK consumer law, standard non-personalised items may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided items are:

  • In original packaging where possible

Personalised or custom-made products are non-returnable unless:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect due to our error

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide clear video evidence of:

  • The packaging

  • Shipping label

  • The item condition

  • The issue or damage reported

Adroit Creations may request additional video evidence where necessary to help verify claims and protect against fraudulent or AI-generated false claims.

Failure to provide sufficient video evidence may affect eligibility for refunds, replacements, or claims investigations.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
