3. STANDARD RETURNS

Under UK consumer law, customers may request a return for eligible non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging where possible

  • Be returned safely and securely packaged

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error:

  • Personalised items

  • Custom-made products

  • Custom clothing/workwear

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Products made to customer specifications

  • Used or worn items

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


5. DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Customers must provide clear video evidence showing:

  • The external packaging

  • Shipping label

  • The condition of the item

  • The reported issue or damage

Adroit Creations may request additional video evidence where necessary to help verify claims and protect against fraudulent or AI-generated false claims.

Failure to provide sufficient video evidence may affect eligibility for refunds, replacements, or claims investigations.

If a claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Repair

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

depending on the nature of the issue.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before production, personalisation, or dispatch begins.

Once work has started on:

  • Personalised items

  • Custom orders

  • Printed products

  • Handmade products

the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.


7. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will usually be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banks.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:

  • Products have been used improperly

  • Damage has been caused by the customer

  • False or misleading claims are made

  • Sufficient evidence is not provided


8. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely.

We recommend using tracked delivery services for returns, as Adroit Creations cannot guarantee responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified fault.


9. EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion depending on:

  • Personalisation status

Custom or personalised products may not be eligible for exchange unless faulty.
